YOUR CODEX AGENT, ON SUPPORTExample workflow

Something breaks. They tell you.

A feedback button, right where the problem happens.

Explore each step

Example: a customer reports a broken export by voice. Every three hours, a Codex automation checks your Postgres database. It finds and claims the report, investigates the missing download handler, tests and pushes an authorized fix, and verifies a live export after deployment. It drafts and sends the customer a plain-language retry email without internal details, then sends you a Telegram update. The animation compresses the elapsed time. Use the chapter buttons to explore the sequence.

The support tax

A report is easy to collect. Everything after it is the work.

10 min · reconstruct the report

20 min · trace code and state

15 min · verify the actual outcome

10 min · draft a safe reply

+ context switching and duplicate checks

= an hour lost to every ambiguous report

A complete loop

From “something broke” to the right next move.

UserLoud gives your coding agent the context, data contract, operating policy, and durable workflow it needs to investigate support without pretending uncertainty is a fix.

01

Capture

Users report by voice or text inside your app.

02

Investigate

The agent traces code and authoritative product state.

03

Verify

Claims pass evidence, authority, and disclosure gates.

04

Act or escalate

Reply safely, fix narrowly, or ask one clear question.

What ships

Not another dashboard. The missing support layer for your codebase.

Voice and text capture

A drop-in report flow that lets users explain an issue naturally, with useful product context attached.

Buyer-owned Postgres

Reports, messages, evidence, and agent runs stay in the database you already control.

Coding-agent investigation

Give your agent a durable workflow for tracing the report through code, state, logs, and deployments.

Safe reply gates

Concrete policies prevent speculative fixes, duplicate replies, leaked internals, and unauthorized changes.

Developer escalation

Ambiguous or risky reports become concise decisions with verified facts, unknowns, and a recommended next action.

Background support loop

Check new reports in the background and only bring you decisions that need your attention.

Your coding agent

Investigating an export issue

I found the problem: the export completed, but the app never saved its download link. I’ve prepared a small fix for you to review. The customer hasn’t been contacted.

Built for coding agents

Give AI a support system, not a vague prompt.

The kit is a versioned operating contract your agent can read: schema, leases, evidence rules, reply gates, escalation formats, and setup guides. Use it with Codex or adapt it to the coding agent you already trust.

Why UserLoud

Support should reach the code that owns the answer.

Traditional support tools stop at the ticket. UserLoud starts where the ticket becomes useful: inside the buyer’s app, database, repository, and agent workflow. Voice makes reporting easier; evidence makes the result trustworthy.

FAQ

Questions before you ship it.

What exactly is UserLoud?+

A self-hosted code kit for adding in-app reports and a safe report-to-coding-agent support workflow to your product.

Is there a monthly fee?+

No UserLoud subscription. Both plans are one-time purchases of the code, prompts, and setup guides. Bring your own coding agent, database, and model keys; any charges from those providers are separate.

Is this a hosted helpdesk?+

No. The code runs in your app and uses your Postgres database, model key, coding agent, email account, and notification tools.

Do my users need UserLoud accounts?+

No. Your users submit reports inside your product. Your purchase only controls access to your implementation kit.

Can I use it in more than one project?+

Yes. Both launch offers allow one purchaser to use the kit across unlimited projects they own.

What does Lifetime add?+

It includes the same complete kit plus an explicit promise of lifetime updates as the support workflow evolves.

Does the agent automatically email customers?+

Only if you grant that authority. The default policy investigates and drafts, then escalates when a reply or product change needs approval.

Does it keep the original voice recording?+

Not by default. The recommended flow transcribes, lets the reporter review, and stores the transcript without retaining raw audio.

What stack do I need?+

An application with Postgres and a coding-agent workflow. Gmail and Telegram are optional adapters, not requirements.

Can I get a refund?+

Because source code and copyable materials cannot be returned after access is granted, purchases are final.

Make every report useful to the person who can fix it.

Add the capture flow, Postgres contract, and agent operating system without building the support machinery from scratch.
